on the very same day we are learning that fema auctioned off trailers the day sandy was upgraded to a tropical depression. on the phone with us. the first floor of her home. she does not qualify for money. where did that keep you now? >> right now it keeps me in limbo. i'm living in a house that is uninhabitable. i get heat and hot water, nothing for two weeks. another storm. my 77 year old father was with me. he has respiratory disease him and he walks with a walker for parkinson's. we had fema visit us after two weeks, and basically my father was told he should go live in a shelter because they are not giving us any money for that. this, i don't qualify for money because i have flood insurance. so right now we are in limbo. my insurance company has not had that chance to come visit me because of the massive amount of claims. although their telling me my father at the very least does not qualify for any where to live better shelter. and all the while, they are saying -- staying in the soho grand and one of the best hotels in manhattan paying over $300 a night. i don't understand that
